Am trying to check ohm to verify that the baking element is bad versus the entire rheostat, any one know what the correct ohm reading should be?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE FEF336ECE Frigidaire/range | AppliancePartsPros.com

I do not have a specific resistance for this element but it should be approximately 20 to 30 ohms.

The unit does not use a rheostat but has an oven sensor and the oven temperature/elements are controlled by the control board/timer.
