I am having difficulty removing the door. The pins are flush with the bracket. I cannot find the door removal pins. The instructions call for 5/32" allen wrenches. Do you place them on the pins and then tap out with a hammer? I am probably being too cautious. Should I use some WD 40 or other lubricant? Thanks for any help.

I think you open the door, look carefully at the hindge(near the pivot point) you should see a small hole, place a small round object(allen wrench) in the hole and GENTLY close the door until it stops,(PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN LIFTING THE DOOR OFF THE OVEN FRAME!!!!!) It can be VERY tricky to re-install.:)
