Kenmore Micro-Electric

Model Number: 103.8567811 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years

Need to check if I am 'out of luck' on repairing an oven that was about to go to the junkyard.

Currently the dial that sets it to bake, broil, clean etc seems to be ground out. The dial goes on the shaft, but doesn't turn it. Attaches firmly and rotates completely, but the oven light doesn't turn on.

Any chance a new dial would fix the whole thing? Then I need to find if I can even get one.

Is a junkyard in it's (near) future?
