Hello, this oven (Kenmore 362.75701001) was included when I purchased my home.

It has worked with no problem for the last three years. Just recently I noticed that the oven was no preheating in a timely matter or at all.

I have confirmed that the Gas is on, the oven is plugged in, and all the top burners work fine.

I removed the racks and the oven bottom to expose the oven burner. Upon inspection, I could see that the burner does light when the oven is turned on, and does produce clean blue flames upon lighting. After 5-10 seconds the flames begin to spudder as if someone were turning the gas on and off.

I can turn the oven off and repeat this. It will light and run for about 5-10 seconds and then continues to spudder in and out.

I have reviewed the owners manual and this is not listed.

Any details or any feedback anyone could share would be very appreciated.
