How hard is it to install the bake element
does it install from the front or from the back

MOST of the time you can do it from the front, Dis-connect the power,remove the 2 screws that hold it in place, GENTLY pull it toward you, remove the 2 wires,(put a close pin on the wires,so they don't go into the rear of the oven) and reverse to put it back together!!!:)

I let the plugs go back into the oven ... how do I get them out now?
