When I try to start the self cleaning cycle on my stove after about a minute I get an error code of "dr" flashing on the display panel. I am assuming this means the door will not latch. Interestingly, about 6 months ago the oven light would not go off until the bulb burned out. We have unplugged and replugged many times trying to get the latch to reset. As soon as the power is resored we do hear a quick "motor" sound towards the back of the stove (behind the clock), but the latch doesn't seem to move at all and we still get the same error. suggestions?
