Hello, The oven doesn't heat up. There are no problem with the surface elements and there are some 120v on the 2 lines. We can use the control panel for the setting or to lock the door, but it's not heat up. The top and lower elements seems fine (resistance of 16ohms and there are no marks). The temperature probe is fine, 1100ohms for 77degF, the associate switch (AP389281) have some continuity. The thermostat safety switch (AP3214146 / 318003606) seem to be the problem, the meter indicated 1, there were no continuity. So I bought a new one, it's arrived very quickly, and I checked it and no continuity too.... Is it normal ? it's on the fan circuit, so perhaps there are continuity only when it's warm (to turn on the fan) ? So I plugged and checked the voltage when I turned on the bake, I had :
- 240V from the "line in" of the control board to the elements (bake and broil)
- 120V from the elements to the ground/neutral
- nothing from the element to the "line out" of the control board
- 120V from the entry of the switch AP3214146 (directly connected to the line 2) to the ground/neutral
- nothing from the exit of this switch to the ground/neutral
There is something weird about the temp probe, when it's isolated like the oven unplugged, I have 1100ohms (that is fine with the ambient temperature 77), but when I plug it the resistance is 1700ohms (like 400degF)... so I tried the oven on bake with more than 400degF, but it's not heat up too... (but I can hear a relay of the control board switching). Perhaps it's normal too ? Someone has some answers/ideas ? Thank you. Florian
