I have a Thermador Professional Griddle that I need a thermostat for. It has been discontinued and I have not found a direct replacement. What would work for that?? The old one was a Robertshaw CK7-35-36 3.6a 120vac n.i. I have been told that was replaced with a BOSCH 416176, neither of which is available. This is a simple thermostat that controls the igniter and has a range limit of 500 degrees.
