PLEASE HELP!!

We set the cleaning cycle on the oven and it worked fine. After the clean cycle was done - so was the oven?

Prior to that it was working fine? The cooktop works ok, all the controls on the control pad work (BAKE, COVECTION, BROIL Ect) but when we hit start, it just makes the noise like it is working - stays cold as ice?
Cannot afford a repairman or a new stove - Any ideas?

I put my Superba on cleaning mode for 3 1/2 hours like I was supposed to for the first time in 4 years since I got it. ( I manually cleaned it before) And I went to use it last night and no juice! I cant figure out what is wrong. The thing is completly ice! So if you figure it out can you please email me and I will do the same for you!?
It would greatly be appreciated!

I put my Kitchenaid superba on cleaning mode for 3 1/2 hours and when it was all done and over with it did not work. It doesn't work in any mode, completly ice! This was yesturday morning and I still can't get the darn thing to work and the manual doesn't do crap. Please help if you know how to fix. I can't afford the Maytag Man! It's Christmas darn it! Please help!
