Hi, GE Range is only 2.5 years old. We used the self cleaning feature, seem slike for the first time. Oven cleaned fine. The following day, oven will not preheat or heat. Get a "un loc dor" message. The oven is cool, the door is unlocked. I tried moving the lock back and forth, unplugged the oven a couple times and still have the error.
Anyone have any ideas?
