Model Number: RF367LXMT Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
None of the digital oven controls work nor light up plus the oven does turn on or operate. The top burners still work though. Entire range is electric and non-gas.
One thing, the city turned the power off in this grid due to a land fire and this issue occured there after. We tried flipping all the panel breakers but did not work. Please help. Thank you. Danny Ads By Google Related Models |

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL RF367LXMT0 30" ELECTRIC FREESTANDING SELF CLEAN RANGE | AppliancePartsPros.com If the stove top element indicators and the oven light work then odds are that the control board needs replacing. If the lights do not work then there is a problem with the Neutral line going to the oven. Also try turning the breaker off for a couple minutes to see if it will reset.

Thanks denman for the information but still a little unclear where I should start.
You mentioned replaceing the control board. Would that also fix the oven itself operating on top of the digital control lights on the front panel working again? Also, the Neutral you mention. Does that line come from the control board to the oven? Thanks. Dsarabia25 |

It should if the board is getting the correct power. It is Item 12 in Section 2 and has the digital display as part of it. Also, the Neutral you mention. Does that line come from the control board to the oven? No it is one of the wires that feed the unit from the fuse box (house wiring. You have 3 wires L1, L2 and Neutral. L1 and L2 are power. There is 240 volts between them. This runs powers the elements (stove top and oven. You also have a Neutral and there is 120 volts between Neutral and L1. This powers the oven light, the stove top indicator lights and the power supply on the control board (timer).
