I have a cracked ceramic stovetop. Part AP4094648 has been discontinued by Whirlpool and your company. You offer replacements that are differnet color with the frame. So we decided on purchasing AP4397009. My question for you is the ceramic already installed and calked in this new part and do I have to replace burner units to new part or are they included?

This is a forum which is hosted by AppliancePartsPros and I do not think it links directly back to their parts people.
It may be best just to give the parts people a call.

I doubt it has all the elements but am not sure about this.
If it does then $210.00 approx. is one heck of a deal.

If you post a model number I may be able to at least find a service manual for you.
