Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I purchased a user panel for this stove on 3/25 katdicdahl I installed it but I cant get it to program right how do you do that Everything shiws in the panel but it wont heat on lower or broiler element they talk out porigraming it but I MUST BE DOING IT WRONG

model#kerc507yal2 part #ap2995058 I brought this part installed it works fime but I have to program it the controls all show but now I cant get any heat It was on C and and got it to go to F but now the heat wont come on I need the info to program it so it will work right I cant seem to get the numbers to make it work

Is it just a that you need an Operators Manual.
I tried to find one but had no success

If the above is not correct.
Why did you replace the part in the first place? Need a bit of history.
What besides the control board is working?
Also did this oven ever run or is it new to you.
