Hello,
I have a problem with my electric cook range, I get a FO code on the digital control panel. I disconnected the power to reset the panel.
But after 15 minutes the keypad looses control, and th eoben will not work. I need to know which part to get.

Thanks

f0 stuck touch pad usually means that either the touch pad or the oven control (also called clock or erc) is defective and needs to be replaced. if this fault code cannot be cancelled, replace the oven control (also called clock or erc), touch pad, or both.

that first paragraph is exactly what they say on the fault code sheet. clear as mud. if i told which one it is, i would be guessing. try this, unplug the oven, and unplug the ribbon from the glass touch pad to the board, and then plug the unit in, and see if after 15 minutes the code comes up. if it does, i would go with the clock control board. if not, i would replace the glass touch pad. the fault code says replace both, but they are not the one spending the money. this is how i would approach it if you were my customer. tom
