Cooktop Issues
Model Number: Jgp389bev4bb Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a GE jgp389bev4bb and none of the Burner valves will turn. There is power to the unit and the downdraft fan works. Is there some sort of electric lock on the burner valves that could have failed?
