Model Number: RF376PXDN1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
During the preheat cycle, the "heat" display and heat elements are turning on and off in roughly 30 sec intervals.
I can see the two relay switches on the electronic control panel (inside) clicking on and off, controlling this. Cycle: - They will both click on with "heat" on digital display. - in apx 10 secs one relay (broiler) clicks off. - in apx 10 secs the other (bake) clicks off, along with "heat" display. - in apx 10 secs both replays click on with the "heat" display and the cycle starts over. The elements are heating up in relation to the above. Both elements have continuity. Neither element has a short between the internal conductor and the outer sheath. Temperature sensor has continuity and reads between 1000-1100ohms at room temperature. Thermal Fuse has continuity. Ads By Google Related Models |
