Through your website, ordered oven handle parts (part#AP4370745) and two screws (part#AP2990002) to replace my broken oven handle(part# black 3195922). There are 4 holes on the oven handle,2 on each side. The two new ordered screws seem same as original handle screws for the inner holes. Took off the broken original handle (screw from behind), the outside holes have fittings and the fitting will not remove. The new ordered handle doesn't have fittings in the outside holes, so the original screws will not fit. We have the following questions: the two screws suggested by your website for the outside holes or insider holes on the handle? Do we need fitting or not, if yes, where to get it? if no, how to instal the handle? Currently we could not mount the ordered handle to the oven. Thanks.
