Model Number: DGO757 Brand: Modern Maid Age: More than 10 years
My original igniter is 2.25 inches long. I bought the one from your site which is supposed to be compatible but the ceramic portion turned out to be 5 inches long. I put the igniter in the holder, but for it to fit into the oven the back end of the igniter where the wires come out goes just inside a rectangular space in the back wall of the oven near the insulation. Please see attached picture.
So my question - is this "fit" OK and safe or does that end of the ceramic reach much higher temperatures that could start a fire? Thank you for your help Ads By Google Related Models |
