I have a Glass top Maytag SCE70600W, with 4 heating surface elements.
One side of the heating surface just stopped working.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for JENN-AIR SCE70600W RANGE- S/C S/I ELE | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a manual which includes this unit.
Download SCE70600.pdf

Note: I have not worked on or even seen one of these units so the below is just general info.

Could be a wire has burned off.

Take a look at the wiring layout Page4-7 and the wiring diagram Page 4-8.
You will see that the left and right stove top burners have a relay that controls power to each side. Perhaps this relay is not closing or is toast.

The diagrams a not very good as they are not the complete system and do not show how/what actually is controlling these relays.
Also the parts breakdown shows only one relay board at AppliancePartsPros but the part listing shows 2. I think one of hem is the oven relay poard while the other is the stove top relay board.

So I think the control surface (Item 4 in Section 2) of the parts is what is actually controlling this relay.

Therefore if it is not a bad wire then it is probably the relay board but also could be the control board.

I cannot tell if you could swap the left and right control board to see if the problem then moves over to the other side.
If this is possible and it does move over then you know it is the control board.

Be very careful when working on this unit and unplug it whenever working on it.

This is a complex unit so you may want to get a pro in.
