All four stove top burners work. Attempts to program the clock or oven functions result in the incorrect time flashing on the display, or the entire array of characters flashing on and off. No oven heating at all. New 50 amp breaker installed in breaker panel. Line voltage is correct.

Most likely the problem is a bad control board. Be careful not to damage the overlay which has to be removed from the old control board and attached to the new one. Otherwise you'll have to buy it too.
