There is a possibility that the ERC/Clock relay for the L2 power out, could be damaged when the broil element blew.

But first, reset the breakers several times, turn on the cooktop burners, and see if they work.

You'll need to move the range out of the cabinet, unplug the power cord, remove the back panel so you can access the wiring to the elements and check to see if they were damaged or loose. from there you'll need to remove the upper back panel and investigate the wiring and ERC/Clock.

There is no type relay repair on the ERC/Clock, You'll need to remove the back panel from the backguard assembly,after you slide the range away from the wall,and unplug the power cord. You'll need to check the wiring to the back of the ERC/Clock for loose or damaged connections, then replace to ERC/Clock, if all checks OK.
