Oven and Broiler Burners do not ignite
Model Number: JGBP90MEB6BC Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Our oven and broiler burners do not ignite. When the oven or broiler is turned on the igniters glow but the gas does not come on. Based on reading the forums here, my guess is the igniters are bad but I find it unusual both igniters would go bad at the same time. Prior to the oven going out completely, my wife mentioned the oven temp did not reach the level set (food was grossly undercooked). Any help is appreciated.
