Kitchenaid Superba slow to heat up
Model Number: kgrc707lbso Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
Our Kitchenaid Superba gas oven is slow to heat up. It is almost like to ignition (if there is actually such a thing in this oven) does not work right/recognize that is needs to start up. There is no gas smell while this is happening. The cook top works fine as does everything else. It's just that the oven does not heat up. Yesterday it took 15 minutes or so before there was the little click and then the sound of the gas igniting. It then heated up to the target temp of 400 degrees fine. Retrying the start does randomly seem to work.
