Range will not unlock following directions in book - hold down "Cancel" and "Bake & Hold" for 3 seconds. Bad relay? Where? Please help, thanks.

Drolla, No, it would not be a bad relay. The control lock out circuit is an internal control board circuit. You are using the proper keypad sequence, based on the user's manual, and so if it won't reset, the problem would be in he control assembly , Part number: AP4100741
