Oven goes to self-clean regardless of temp setting
Model Number: JBP26GS1AD Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
The oven goes right to self-clean regardles of the temp setting or the lock being engaged. I'm assuming its in the control. I located the replacement control panel,(Part Details - GE Faceplate, part number: AP2025969) but it does not include the temp dial where I believe the problem lies.
Do you think; 1. I have diagnosed the problem correctly and if so where can i find a replacement or 2. could it be in the self-clean locking mechanism. Ads By Google Related Models
