I have a code on the display screen Loc rEF. Oven is not functionable and touch pad will not respond. Oven was being preheated and when the door was opened it shut off and went into this code.

After ordering a new ecr part # WB27T10831 the instruction sheet in the new control told how to clear the loc rEF code. Hold the 6&8 keys for a few seconds to clear code. Sent new ecr back.
