You could have a broil element (AP2136555) that has failed and with a visual inspection, you may be able to see a break verifying the failure. If you don't find any visible signs, then a check with a multimeter could be taken by removing the element (after you shut the power off) and checking resistance between the two ends. An open circuit would be a sure indicator of a failure. You can also verify 240vac is measured between both sides of the element if you suspect a control board failure.
