My tappen oven isn't working. We've replaced the heating elements, both broil and bake but that didn't help.

I assume the stove top elements are all OK.
Might not be a bad idea to check the temperature probe. See below link.

Check to be sure that the wires from the plug to the control board and control board to the elements are good.
If OK then it could be your control board is shot.

Remember unplug the unit before doing any of the above.
