Kenmore Oven

Model Number: 9119349180 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years

I have a older model Kenmore Electric stove model number 9119349180 and the serial number is OG74370, I cannot get the time bake over buzzer to go off to check it can I unplug a wire to see if the control is bad. With the alarm going off my oven will not heat up, but my top burners work.
