oven does not heat
Model Number: jmp28gor1ad Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
Oven does not heat, in order to cook at 300 degress you set the temp at 500. Was suggested by representive that we needed an oven probe. Ordered a WB21X5301, sensor ASM. The assembly appears to be for a burner as it has a place for a knob...Need your return policy.

Hello smedleybr. You may have been sent the wrong part. Based on the part number you provided, it is the oven sensor.
