Hi,
We cleaned our oven and then went to use it the next day and it refuses to heat up. Everything on the control panel looks as though it is working but there is no heat in the oven. When we turn the oven off the fan immediately stops running since there is nothing to cool down. I am fairly handy with repairs, is this something I can do myself?

Sounds like the thermal fuse on the back of the oven has failed. I wrote about this failure on the Kitchenaid version of your oven in my post Kitchenaid Oven no Heat after Self Clean. The oven needs to be pulled from the cabinetry to access the back panel, but the thermal fuse is easily replaced once you get to it.

What I didn't add to my first post is that the oven is a dual oven with the self cleaner up top. The top oven does not work but the bottom oven works fine. If it was the thermal fuse wouldn't both ovens not work?

Your still looking at the TOD or thermal fuse ( AP3133249) in the case of your oven. It is located behind the rear panel and cuts power to the elements when it opens the circuit. Each oven has one so they can fail independently.
