Model Number: J BP65G V1AD Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
Replacing bake element in oven. Removed old element by unscrewing 2 wires (yellow and black). When installing new element, noticed a 3rd wire (also black). Don't know where it attaches. Assumed it was a ground and screwed onto the cover plate but when I turned the breaker back on the breaker would not hold. Any ideas? Thanks.
