I happened to touch the stainless steel cooktop, and the stainless steel sink at the same time, and got a shock. After putting a volt meter between the two,it was reading 122v. I opened the junction box from the house wiring to the cooktop, and saw that the ground was not hooked up. There is no copper ground in the wiring from the house to the cooktop, only a black, red, and white wire. Where do I connect the ground wire from the cooktop?

This is very serious job and I would recommend to hire a certified electrician to do it for you. He also has to check the whole house ground.
