Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have a Kenmore electric range, model 665.92002102
Everything is working fine, except the broiler. I changed the temperature
mode to celsius this morning and the broiler worked at first. Now it doesn't work at either temperature - Fahrenheit or Celsius. No error code or warning sound ever given. Anyone suspect what the problem is?
I'd appreciate any help.

Stan,

Pull the range out of the wall. Remove the rear panel. Remove the wires from the Broil heating element and check the heating element for continuity. Replace the element if it's open.

If there is nothing wrong then the control board has to be replaced.

- The part number for the Broil heating element is AP3119235

- The part number for the control board is AP3174668
