Oven will not heat up and/or stay at cook temperature

Model Number: MGR5745ADA Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years

The rest of the stove works fine but the oven doesn't work. It either will not heat up to bake temperature or heats to bake temperature but will not maintain this temperature. It is running on propane. Our location is very remote and this time of the year, very difficult to get in. With some coaching I hope my husband can fix the proplem.

This may be a issue with your glow igniter not igniting the bake burner more than a few times. I wrote about this problem in my post Jenn-Air Gas Oven not Heating Properly that may offer some in site into your problem.
