Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

Oven door on Amana AOES3030WW will not close all the way. Leaves about a 1/2" gap. After some internet research, looks like the hinges need replacing (I looked at the door/hinges themselves and nothing appears bent, broken, etc.)

Part 0315426 is the hinge for the left side and 0315425 is for the right. The left hinge seems to be available everywhere but the right hinge appears to be discontinued. Even Angel Appliance didn't have any. Does anyone here know of a different part number that they have successfully used with this model oven? Or any ideas on how to perhaps modify a hinge?

I have the same problem but now I can't figure out how to get the hinges off
