I have to fix this before Thanksgiving!!!

What parts in order of liklyhood of failure

The oven model is Whirlpool GS395LEG. The other number on the manual
is 8053427B.

The baking element doesn't go on at all. The oven controls think it is
on, but it is not. The burners work fine and the broiler works as well
as it ever did (it takes a while to go on--you can usually smell the
gas somewhat by the time it lights).
