When you say not keeping the correct temperature, is it off by a consistent value, or does it seem to work for awhile then cool off? If it is off consistently, you could replace the control, or first try adjusting the temperature offset as described in the use and care guide. Some times the electronics will drift a bit so the offsets are put in place allowing the user to make adjustments. Now if it seems to take twice as long to bake something, then there may be something else we need to take a look at.

most of the time it takes longer for the baking process. Sometimes the food will be burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. I hope this gives you the information you need.
Thanks Fred

More information. When I replaced the sensor the oven was about 50 degrees off. I tried to adjust it using the control panel. I increased it to the max which is 35 degrees. the same problem exists. One time too hot and the next time not hot enough. It also appears that the cooling fan does not always work. I'm notsure when it should turn on. It does go on when you set the over to broil.
Thanks Fred

Everything on this range is controlled and monitored by the electronic board, so if you are finding inconsistent operations, that is about the only thing I can suggest as a potential problem. The cooling fan is also controlled by the same board and should come on at a specified temperature and remain on until the board determines (via the temperature sensor) the cavity temperature has reached the shut off point. It should default to on in the broil mode however.

Just to close this incident. I replaced the oven control board and this corrected the problem. Mywife baked Irish Soda Bread and it was very good. Thanks for your help.
