After performing an oven self cleaning, it will no longer heat up. When it is digitallly set to say 350 F it sits on that number for a few moments then shifts to 100 F and a smaller lighted symbol appears with the words "Lock On". The main oven burners will light if put through a self cleaning cycle again and the broiler works fine but the lower oven burner will not turn on under normal bake conditions.

Sounds like the problem is a bad control board. We need the complete model number of the range for more accurate advice and/or part numbers.
