Model Number: wed6200sw0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
Ok, I came home after work to see the PF code on my whirlpool dryer. I pressed power button and tried to restart the dryer. Lights on user interface were working. When i pressed the start button, I only heard a click. Nothing else occurred. I noticed the timer go down very quickly. So, i went into the diagnostic mode and got error f-25.I tested the door switch, it was good. I tested the thermal fuse, it was good. I replaced the thermostat, etc with the thermal cut-off kit. Powered back up and still had same problem.
Went back into diagnostic mode to clear codes. Cleared code and went into diagnostic mode again and got the F-2 code. No, F-25 anymore. All lights are working. As stated earlier, when i press the start button the timer works, but counts down double time. I am ready to strap some C4 to this thing and blow it the heck up. Can someone please give me advice on what is happening. Thanks in advance. Ads By Google Related Models |
