After power break (they install new transformer in my complex) my Kenmore Elite 790 electric range has F5 00 or F5 01 codes. If I try "bake" I see F20 and Err.

According to the tech sheets for this model "F20" fault code means "Control has detected a problem with the communications link". The manufacturer suggested correction actions are:

1) Check the wiring between the controls.

2) If there is nothing wrong then replace the Electronic Oven Control.

3) If it would not solve the problem then replace the power board.

Instructions are definitely not the best, but unfortunately we do not have any other.

In that case you have to replace both the EOC and the power boards. Possible the user interface board (#97A on the diagram) too. Could be very costly repair, but the range is very expensive too.
