Model Number: MES5570aab Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
The Bake Element will not heat up. I have replaced the element and checked all of the wiring. Everthing looks good up to the control board. Any Suggestions, I am thinking the rely has gone bad in the board its self but do not have a part number.

Hi jccouch1
If the bake and the broil both are not working, then the problem is a bad hi limit thermostat, located under the top panel. The hi limit thermostat If the bake is the only one which is not working, then the control board (aka clock) has to be replaced. - The part number for the hi limit thermostat AP367486 - The part number for the clock with white overlay AP3461138 - The part number for the clock with black overlay AP3461137 - Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag range Model MES5570AAB Good luck. Gene.
