The two end caps on my gas range cracked. Although, I was able to get the replacements through this site, I don't know how to remove the old ones. It looks like I would need to remove the glass console. Hopefully someone can help!

Remove the knobs from the console, then look inside the inner shaft openings for a spring clip that is holding the glass in place. Flex the clip then lift up on the glass. The end caps are held in place by a couple screws that you should be able to see with the glass removed.
