The oven element nor the broiler element will come on when the control knob is activated. However, the light, timer, etc. will. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram.

The light, timer use 120 volts (half the line) while the heating elements requite the full 240.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times.
Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.

If power is OK then check the current paths with a meter using resistance.
Be sure to remove power from the unit when doing this.

To make tracing the circuits easier, print out a couple wiring diagrams and mak the circuit paths to the elements using colored pencils.
