My touchpad doesn't work on all buttons. Jennair JES9800 electric downdraft. I see that I can buy a control panel assembly but not sure if that includes the computer parts. Is it possible that I can take off the cover and just clean it, that is the "ribbon" with a pencil eraser which I read in one of the threads here.
