Replaced melted down bake element...now the oven heats but does not shut off...no error codes...shorted element when installing new one... probably the control panel? When I set the temperature...it does seem to measure it properly at least until it gets to the set temperature. Any input?

Did I read correctly that you shorted the element when installing the new one? If so, you are probably correct that the control board (AP4100737) now has the bake relay contacts fused together resulting in the element staying on.
