Dacor Warming Drawer Trips

Model Number: PWO24 Brand: Dacor Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a Dacor PWO24 and a part trips the heating element every time I use it. I can open up the drawer and push a red reset button. Any advise on what may be causing the trip, timer, thermostat or other?

Measure the temperature inside the drawer. The temperature on the Hi setting suppose to be about 200°F and on the Low setting - about 100°F.

If the temperature is good, replace the high temperature switch.

If the temperature is higher than it suppose to be, replace the thermostat.
