While changing the light in my oven, the socket was loose and one of the contacts on back grounded on the oven and the control panel went dead. There is 120/240 volts going to the oven but the voltage reading at the light and panel is around 13 and everything is still dead. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Your model number is short the 3 first digits.
Those digits actually designate who made the unit.
