Last night we used the self cleaning feature on our whirlpool gold accubake convection oven and microwave wall mount. It worked fine. Today the top and bottom elements won't heat. All the lights and messages work on the control panel. The panel says the oven is preheating and on but the elements aren't hot. Is there a fuse or reset button?

Need a model #. On most Whirlpool ovens in the back is a thermal limit switch. It is round and has 2 wires coming to it. Check and see if you have one. If not give me your model #. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
