the fault code is latched to E1 -F1-. the top works fine. i reset the code by selecting off and also tried unplug and codes erases for a few seconds. i select to use the oven and it wont light up and then the codes pops up again. the S/N: RM0912882.

forgot to mention i replaced the control module and no help. still get the same code. the instructions ask for a red wire to be disable and a jumper. i see a few red wires going to the module but i don't see the jumper supposedly by the power cord. nothing there.:confused:
